CULTURE CHANGE/ SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION

Designed and developed highly successful innovative cultural change and communications programme for Sodexho top 500 leaders to:

  • Improve market competitiveness

  • Integrate modern professional values

  • Motivate workforce

  • Anticipate implementation of new SAP, process and procedures nationwide

This programme involved creating a tailor made business play, which was performed 29 times across the whole of the UK as part of a two-day Culture Change workshop.

 

Result: The programme was rated by the company itself as 30% more effective than previous communications programmes using traditional mechanisms and communications vehicles.
